This biannual event combines training and product demonstrations for the national Ford AV staff of Division Managers, Sales representatives, Estimators, as well as customers. Booth cost is $1650 and save $300 with Early Bird Registration until Friday, September 20th.

Breakfast and Learn - $6,000

Forty-five (45) minutes to present exclusively to the sales, estimation, and management teams made up of approximately 65 people. This will be a working breakfast.

Lunch and Learn - $6,000

Forty-five (45) minutes to present exclusively to the sales, estimation, and management teams made up of approximately 65 people. This will be a working lunch.

Refreshment Break - $3,000

Thirty (30) minutes to present exclusively to the sales, estimation, and management teams made up of approximately 65 people as well as signage (provided by the vendor) at the table. Ford will mention your sponsorship during breaks throughout the day.

Incentive Prize

We encourage our team members to visit each booth. As an incentive, every account manager and estimator who visits the most booths will be eligible to win a prize. If you'd like to donate a prize for this purpose, please check the appropriate box.

Lead Capture / Retrieval App Agreement

As an exhibitor, we agree to use the lead retrieval system during the Showcase to capture leads. I understand the leads are for Ford account managers to follow up and while I may request copies of the leads, the exhibitor's lead report will not include contact information. I agree not to share leads gathered at the Showcase with other AV integrators and/or competitors of Ford AV.

CO-OP/MDF Funds

I understand that CO-OP/MDF funds are not an acceptable form of payment.
